Parties & Events Hire

Hidden away inside Mill Hill Library we have three beautifully designed studios available to hire for your special day.

Studio One

Large and spacious with the ability to accommodate up to 60 people depending on the occasion.

Use this space solely for your themed entertainment or keep everyone in one room and set up a yummy eating area as well.

Studio Two

Our cozy smaller studio can accommodate up to 20 people depending on age and occasion.

The perfect room for an intimate dance party or a lovely breakaway space to set up food and drinks.

Studio Three

This studio hosts a newly refurbished kitchen, perfect for your catering needs. Cook your food on site or use the studio to lay out a yummy buffet.

All bookings are subject to a £30 refundable damage deposit and you will be required to accept the terms and conditions of our party hire agreement which can be found here.

An additional 30 minutes before and after your event will be allocated for set up and cleaning time. Longer time can be requested at an additional cost.

Booking my daughter's party with Big Time was easy and straightforward. Saz was very helpful over email and phone, and explained all the options available. We booked the large room and kitchen, so there was plenty of space for the party activities as well as for us to store the cake, goodie bags, treats, and jackets.
